You can apply online or in-person in our management office.
At application, you will pay a $75 application fee for each adult applicant, as well as a $200 administrative fee. Upon approval, you will pay your security deposit to secure your new apartment, and you will receive a Welcome Home Letter that details your move-in costs, which will include prorated rent and fees.
First-time renters should consider the following: your rental budget typically should be below 30% of your gross income, think about what your specific must haves are for your apartment, walk the community and apartment, ask what utlitiies might be included (or not), ask about the application process and be sure to read your lease.
We offer many ways to pay your rent, including online and in-person.
Our on-line portal makes it easy to make your rental payment directly from your bank account or using a debit or credit card.
In addition to your rental amount, you will pay a monthly fee of $25 for valet trash pickup, $4 for pest control, and $3 for utility billing.
Yes, you are required to have renter's insurance.
Utilities are not included in rent.
We will set up your water billing for you. Your Florida Power & Light service must be set up prior to move in.
AT&T is the contracted provider for the Tomoka Town Center development.

Your guests are welcome to stay up to 14 consecutive days.
No, we do not offer rent discounts for paying in advance.
No, subletting is not allowed.
You have the option of 1) paying a termination fee equal to 2 months rent or 2) continuing to pay rent on your apartment until it is released.
Our community has a resort-style pool area with gas grills, a firepit, and an outdoor kitchen. Our resident lounge area is open during our normal business hours and offers a business center, pool table, sitting area, and fully equipped kitchen. Residents enjoy 24 hour access to our state-of-the art fitness center and media room. Outdoor amenities include a walking path, a car wash area, and a large "bark park".
Our pool opens at 9am daily. Pool closing varies by season.
Yes, we have plenty of available parking, and we also offer private garages, which include a reserved parking space as well.
Each one of our homes is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
Yes, we love your furry friends. We allow up to two pets per apartments. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
A non-refundable pet fee of $350/one pet or $500/two pets applies. Pet rent is $25/month for one pet and $40/month for two pets.

Yes, we have a large enclosed dog park for our furry residents to enjoy!
We offer these standard energy efficient appliances: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and washer and dryer.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
We offer leases between 7-15 months.

We are unable to accept and secure packages for our residents.
Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our fitness center offers cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, training equipment, spin bikes, and an exercise studio with barre and mirrors.
State and city codes require quiet hours from 10:00pm until 7:00am.
Our common areas are available to our residents free of charge.
We are conviently located as part of the Tomoka Town Center development. We can be easily accessed from I-95 (LPGA exit) or from Williamson Boulevard.

Copperline Coffee is a locally-owned coffee shop and café located at the One Daytona complex three miles from Tomoka Pointe.
Our process to prepare your apartment home for move in is thorough! We will pre-inspect your home on a daily basis to ensure that the apartment maintenance is completed in a timely manner. To ensure your total satisfaction with your new home, we also conduct an inspection with you at the time of move in.
Yes, we offer on-site maintenance.
You can place a maintenance request online through the resident portal, you can call the Leasing Office to submit a phone request, or you can stop in to place your request in person.
Maintenance requests are handled within a 48-hour time period and emergencies take priority.
No, you do not have to be home, as maintenance will enter to ensure your request is completed in a timely manner.
During business hours, you may come to the office with your Identification to get access to your home. After hours, you would need to contact a locksmith.
We allow reasonable decorations and ask that you refer to the lease for additional information.
